These Terms govern your use of KnackPrep ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

KnackPrep helps you practice interview questions, study brain teasers, and get AI-generated feedback on your answers and resume. It is an educational practice tool.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your data.

Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Don't upload unlawful content or content you don't have rights to.
• Usage limits may apply to AI features to keep the Service available to everyone.

AI-generated content

Feedback, scores, suggestions, and model answers are generated by AI and provided "as is" for practice. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, career, financial, or legal advice. Use your own judgment.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnackPrep is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of any interview or application.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Material changes are reflected by the date above.
